Technical Support

We're seeking a Technical Support Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Winnipeg. 

What We Offer: 

• Salary: $18.30/hr

• Job Type/Shift: In-Person, Full time, Monday – Friday, (varying shifts between 7am-7pm)

What You'll Do: 

• Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions. 

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and live chat with professionalism and empathy. 

• Guide users through setup, updates, and basic technical processes. 

• Document interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary. 

• Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For: 

• Previous experience in technical support or customer service (phone/chat). 

• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.

• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly. 

• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and multitasking. 

• Ability to work independently ans as part of a team.
