Our client is currently looking for an CNC Milling Set Up Operator on a permanent basis to join their growing team.

What we offer:
  • Reporting to: Location Manager
  • Work Hours: 7am to 3:30pm
  • Hourly Rate: $26-30/hour
  • Permanent Full time, with benefits
 
What you'll do:
  • Set-Up and Operate CNC milling machines to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Prepare and setup fixtures.
  • Load and run programs, modify if necessary.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Deburr and clean parts as required to meet quality standards.
 
What we are looking for:
  • 5+ years of proven CNC Milling Set-Up experience.
  • Knowledge of machining practices, blueprints, and measuring tools.
  • Knowledge of G-codes.
  • Experience with Fanuc Controls is an asset.
  • Experience Setting up 5-axis machines with pallet system is an asset.
