Our client is searching for their next Service Technician to join their ever-growing team! As a Service Technician you would be traveling through NB, NS and PEI to deal with restaurant equipment, doing maintenance and inspections of commercial kitchen fire suppression systems. As well as servicing and inspecting fire extinguishers.
What We Offer
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- $20 – $21 an hour
- Permanent, Full Time
- On-site Training
- Immediate Start
What You’ll Do
- Travel to customer sites
- Inspect and troubleshoot on safety systems
- Inspect emergency lighting
- Complete work orders and reports in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate tracking of customer needs
- Perform system verifications on all size units
- Perform and assist in the preparation of system modifications
- Stay current with company training and all applicable legislated codes and standards
- Restock first aid kits

- Bilingual, an asset
- Mechanically inclined
- Able to work in a flexible environment
- Able to work unsupervised or with others
- Must be bondable
- Must be customer-service oriented
- Able to lift 20 lbs. on a continual basis
