Job Title: General Labour – Production and Quality Operator 
Location: Milton L9T 5H3. Ontario, Onsite, please check on google maps if you can reach work.
Work Type: Temporary to Permanent 
Shift: 12-hour shift, Overtime, Rotating shift – Day and Night shift 
Salary/Pay: $21 base pay with $1.40 premium for the 12-hour night shifts and $0.80 for all the other night shifts
Vacancy: Immediate and Existing vacancy
 
The Role: General Labour – Production and Quality Operator 
  • Responsible for maintaining continuous production while removing quality defects from the line and documenting all required test results
  • Quality Operator works with the quality department and maintenance to ensure that all quality requirements meet or exceed specifications.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained according to
  • standards, so production can be performed with high-quality results.
  • Perform general labour duties to support daily operations
  • Handle materials safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
  • Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed
 
What you’ll bring:
  • Previous Manufacturing and warehouse experience is an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 – 70 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Must be able to follow instructions and safety guidelines
  • Must be able to pass a Criminal Background check
