Location: Scarborough, ON M1X 1C3 (Hybrid)
Work Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 annually

Join a growing, industry-leading distributor serving industrial and manufacturing customers across Ontario. You will have meaningful ownership of your customer portfolio, including assessing creditworthiness, managing credit limits, and making order hold or release decisions. You will have the autonomy to make an impact, with support and guidance from the Credit Manager when needed.
The Role: Bilingual Credit & Collections Analyst
You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, proactively follow up on outstanding balances, and help reduce delinquency while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will assess credit risk using credit reports, financial statements, and payment histories, recommend credit limits and account actions, and make order hold or release decisions. Working closely with customers, Sales, Accounting, and Management, you will resolve disputes and payment discrepancies, support timely collections, maintain accurate account records, and provide recommendations on escalated accounts and write-offs.
What You’ll Bring
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French
- 2 to 3 years of credit and collections experience in a high-volume B2B environment
- Experience reviewing credit reports, financial statements, payment histories, and customer data to make credit decisions
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, collections, accounts receivable, and risk assessment
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using accounting or ERP systems
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving, and account management skills
- The ability to manage challenging collection conversations professionally and build effective working relationships
