We're seeking a dynamic After Hours Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Winnipeg.

 What We Offer:
   Salary: $20 – $22 per hour
   Job Type: Part-time Work from home
  Shift:1-2 weekday shifts, + Friday, Saturday, Sunday weekend shift rotation 1 x per month.
   Hours:430pm-800am weekday shifts, 800am Saturday through to 800am Monday,   
   Weekend shifts.

   What You'll Do:
  1. Provide after-hours client service coordination, scheduling and staff support between the hours of 430pm-800am on weekdays and 24 hour coverage on weekends and holidays.
  2. Maintain detailed schedules for staff and service delivery for clients using scheduling software.
  3.  Coordinate and communicate changes in schedules with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Track and report daily on scheduling metrics and performance indicators.
  5. Provide exceptional communication and follow-up to ensure service coordinators, clients and service staff are informed of schedule updates and changes.
What We're Looking For:
  1. High school diploma, general education degree, Health Care related Certificate or equivalent preferred.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Health Care scheduling, coordination, or administrative support roles.
  3.  Strong understanding of scheduling systems, workforce planning, and time management principles.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with scheduling software is a requirement.
  5. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, clients, and management.
