The role
  • Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple departments, including Retail Sales, Service Technician Operations, Quotes & Tenders, and Fire Safety Plan Programs
  • Lead, coach, schedule, train, and develop employees while fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, budgets, expenses, and operational metrics to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional initiatives, and customer engagement activities to drive growth
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Utilize business systems and software to manage operations, reporting, inventory, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards, and overall facility appearance
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory reports, and demand forecasts to maintain appropriate stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and applicable legal requirements
  • Prepare and present reports on store performance, sales results, expenses, and operational goals during regular management meetings
  • Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, products, and best practices to support continuous improvement
What you'll bring
  • Proven success in a Retail Manager, Store Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Strong organizational, planning, and people management skills
  • Advanced computer and systems management experience
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience managing budgets, inventory, and operational performance
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to lead multiple departments and adapt to changing business priorities
