Job Title: Packaging Operators

Location: Milton, Ontario On‑site) 

Work Type: Temporary to Perm (Evaluation for hire)

Salary: $21.00 plus premiums

Shift:  Continental shift rotation.  There is 8 hour shifts, 10 hour shifts and 12 hours shifts available.

The Packaging Operator is responsible for packaging product in a safe, clean efficient manner while ensuring all products meet quality expectations. 

 

What you'll do

  • Fill boxes with the correct amount of product ensuring it matches the label quantity.  

  • Ensure correct pallets are used.Responsibility 2 

  • Ensure correct boxes are used. 

  • Visually inspect packaging quality.

  • Ensure correct labels are applied

  • Ensure labels are being applied straight and within 2 inches of top/side of every box and pallet.

  • Any other tasks as necessary or designated.

  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area.

  • Clean up your job area after a task as been completed or before you leave the job. 

  • Ensure tools and equipment are placed in designated areas when tasks are completed.
