Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative with experience in e-commerce? We have a unique Work from home position to join a growing e-commerce company expanding in Canada!
What We Offer:
- Salary: $46,000 per annum
- Job Type/Shift: Full time – Monday to Friday 8.00am/8.30am start
- Benefits: All equipment provided, 4 weeks’ vacation. Become part of a growing team in Canada in shaping the North American business.
What You'll Do:
- Manage incoming enquiries through phone, e-mail and live chat.
- Troubleshoot client questions relating to the equipment.
- Deal with customer sales enquiries and suggest best products and items.
- Answer questions from customers regarding the tracking of their orders.
- Enter orders in the system, and complete customer and order validation.
- Confirm daily order shipments.
- Verify all orders, order pricing, orders placed in production, back-orders and notify customers of any discrepancies.
- Supply any information relating to customers in relation to product and specifications.
- Release orders for customers and track and update.
- Carry out certain transportation related tasks. E.g. completing customs and export documents, making various requests to carriers, tracking deliveries, obtaining proof of delivery, liaising with carriers for deliveries etc.
- Conduct returns authorizations and follow up with customers as needed.
- Prepare quotes, enter them into the system and modify the prices as needed.
- Keep customer records up to date.
- Process all representatives' requests and follow up.
- Any other task requested in the office.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years E-commerce customer service and sales experience is a MUST.
- Experienced in office equipment or furniture sales and customer service an asset.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service and customer relations.
- Great computer skills and ability to pick up new programs easily.
- Experience in high value goods and sales
