We're seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Showroom/Warehouse position located in the Burnaby area.  You will be joining a leading manufacturer of luxurious surfaces.

 What We Offer: 

  • Salary:  $55,000 to $70,000 annually

  • Job Type/Shift: Permanent Full time Position

  • Benefits: Extended Benefits

What You'll Do: 

  • Process purchase orders and provide updates to customers

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing and shipments 

  • Troubleshoot common issues with products or services. 

  • Work with the sales team or other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems

  • Manage inventory and coordinate product transfers 

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email

  • Enhance the overall customer experience through proactive support

  • Perform additional duties as required  

What We're Looking For: 

  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong telephone manner. 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience. 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/SAP systems

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 

  • Willingness to learn our business systems, including SAP, inventory management, and order processing.
