Motor Coach Operator (BZ/AZ) – Timmins
As a Motor Coach Operator, you’ll be working full-time operating scheduled routes, charters, and line runs based out of Timmins. This role involves transporting passengers safely and efficiently while adhering to route schedules and company standards. Work may include local and regional travel with varying shift start times, including days, afternoons, and overnight assignments. AZ licensed drivers will have the opportunity to receive training to upgrade to a BZ license.
What we offer:
• Full-time, ongoing work
• Training pay rate: $19.97/hour
• Per kilometre rates for
2026: Line – $0.5631/km | Charter – $0.4966/km | Deadhead – $0.4786/km
• Step progression after probation and based on tenure
• Shift differentials for afternoon and overnight shifts
• Overtime paid at 1.5x applicable rate
• Mandatory direct deposit

What you do:
• Operate motor coach safely on scheduled line runs, charters, and special assignments
• Transport passengers while maintaining strict adherence to safety and service standards
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any defects
• Handle passenger baggage and parcels as required
• Maintain accurate trip documentation and logs
• Provide professional customer service to passengers
• Comply with Hours of Service (HOS) and Ministry of Transportation regulations

• Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract
• Northern Ontario Rural Immigration Pilot assistance will be provided by employer
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and overnight
• Clean criminal background check
• Valid BZ License (AZ drivers eligible for training to upgrade)
