Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Moncton. 

What We Offer: 

• Salary: $19=$21.50/hr. 

• Job Type/Shift: Monday – Friday – 8am-5pm

• Benefits: Weekly pay, WHMIS training, Regular schedule.

What You'll Do: 

• Greet customers that come into the location 

• Provide assistance, information, and support to customers regarding products or services

• Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

What We're Looking For: 

• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong telephone manner, in both English and French. 

• Minimum [1-2] years of Customer Service Experience. 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office. 

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
