Class 3 Driver/Forklift Operator 

Our client in Dieppe, NB is looking for their next Class 3 Driver/Forklift Operator. This position would require you to drive, as well as loading and unloading the truck. You would also need to operate a forklift.
 
What We Offer
  • $23 – $25 an hour, plus 4% vacation pay added to your rate
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Immediate Start
  • Free WHMIS Training
 
What You’ll Do
  • Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations
  • Operating a Forklift
  • Perform daily commercial vehicle inspections with the completion of necessary safety checks and monitor the vehicle for any major/minor defects and report it to safety  
  • Demonstrate customer service standards for delivery service
  • Loading, unload, and secure payloads at their source and destination
  • If you are not driving, you would be working in the warehouse
  • Provide excellent service to clients
  • Accurately obtain require signatures on rental contracts, pick up and exchange forms
  • Use equipment safely, every time
 
What We’re Looking For
  • You have your Class 3 license (required)
  • You have a valid Forklift license (required)
  • You have at least 1 year of professional driving experience (required)
  • Clean Abstract and Clean Criminal Record (required)
  • Able to lift throughout your shift
  • You take pride in getting deliveries completed safely, and on time
  • Team player
  • Punctual
