We're seeking a skilled Robotic Gasket Operator to join our client's team in the east end of Ottawa

What We Offer: 

  • Salary:  $25-$30 depending on experience

  • Job Type/Shift: Full time day or evening shifts

  • Benefits: After 300 hours

What You'll Do: 
  • Operate robotic gasket machines safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload materials as required
  • Inspect products for quality, consistency, and accuracy
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and start-up/shutdown procedures
  • Create, modify, and verify CNC (G-code) programs
  • Troubleshoot and rework defects; escalate issues when needed
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Maintain production records and communicate with supervisors
  • Support additional facility tasks as needed
 
What We're Looking For: 
  • Experience in manufacturing, automation, or robotic systems (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred)Familiarity with hand tools and measurement device
  • Basic understanding of CNC/numerical control machinery
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts
