We're seeking a dynamic Plant Engineer to join our client's manufacturing team. As a Plant Engineer, you will manage projects related to the installation of new equipment, plant upgrades, and facility renovations and ensure compliance based on safety, environmental, and industry regulations.

What You'll Do:
- System Maintenance & Improvement: Work with production and maintenance groups to oversee plant machinery and systems, ensuring they function efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshooting: Work with maintenance team to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to prevent or resolve operational problems.
- Process Optimization: Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Project Management: Manage projects related to new equipment installations, system upgrades, and plant modifications.
- Compliance: Ensure operations adhere to safety, health, environmental, and other industry regulations.
What We're Looking For:
- Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field) is required.
- PMP, CAPM or equivalent experience in Project Management is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years in Manufacturing Environment is a must.
- Technical expertise with a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to analyze complex situations and find effective solutions.
- Capacity to interpret data and identify trends for operational improvements.
