Forklift – Warehouse worker

 What you'll do

• Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing shipments

• Check incoming items against packing slips or purchase orders, note any damaged goods and log data into the warehouse management system

• Safely unload incoming freight at the loading dock

• Operate a high-reach forklift to lift, position and retrieve inventory in narrow aisles and high storage racks

• Operate forklift with Clamp and Slipsheet attachments

• Put away stock into designated warehouse locations, move replenishment stock and participate in periodic cycle counts

• Conduct pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections, report mechanical issues and keep dock and aisle areas clean and hazard-free

 What You’ll Bring 

• Valid forklift operator license or certification 
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience operating a High Reach forklift in a fast-paced warehouse
• Familiarity with RF scanners inventory software and basic shipping and receiving paperwork
• Ability to stand, bend and lift
• Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills
