We're seeking a Technical Sales Specialist for our client in the HVAC industry, located in Dieppe NB.

What We Offer:? 

• Salary:?? 55k to 70 annually , plus profit sharing

• Job Type/Shift: Full time, Monday to Friday

What You'll Do:? 

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of HVAC products, including their applications and technical features 

• Offer technical support and guidance to customers regarding product selection, installation, and troubleshooting 

•  Diagnose and resolve customer challenges by providing effective solutions and expertise 

•  Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and key stakeholders 

•  Provide accurate quotations, technical information, and product literature to customers, ensuring clear communication and transparency 

•  Identify new business opportunities and work with customers to promote new products and services 

•  Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, rebates, and product offerings by attending trade shows, vendor meetings, and training sessions

What We're Looking For:? 

• Post-secondary education (College/University degree), with Red Seal certification considered an asset

•  Proven customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

•  Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, vendors, and team members

•  Competency in using software systems for order processing and product management 

•  Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
