Our client, a leading provider of trailer leasing, rental, and maintenance services in Canada, is seeking a skilled and dedicated 310T Licensed Mechanic to join their dynamic team. What We Offer:

Salary: $38.00 per hour
Working hours: Full-time Mon-Thurs 40hrs or Fri/Sat/Sun 36hrs.

What You'll Do:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, landing gear assemblies, trailer frames, hitching systems, suspensions, tires, wheels, hubs, axles, air and auxiliary systems, braking, heating, refrigeration, ventilation, and hydraulic systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and rebuild reefer components.
Provide customer service, including diagnosis, recommendations, repairs, and estimates.
Maintain the mobile service unit.
Enter and update information through the maintenance tablet.
Operate the mobile service truck safely and complete repairs efficiently.
Complete work orders promptly and report issues to the Manager.
Other duties as required.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years experience as a Trailer Service Mechanic.
Preferred experience with Thermo King and Carrier reefer units.
Welding, fabricating, electrical, and mechanical skills.
Ability to read electrical diagrams and follow Ministry of Transportation repair guidelines.
Able to lift parts up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Independent worker who thrives in a team environment.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Clean driver’s abstract.
