We're seeking a 433a Licensed Industrial Millwright to join our client's growing maintenance team in the food manufacturing industry in a permanent night shift role.

What We Offer:

Hourly Rate: $45.60/hour plus premiums and overtime pay.
Job Type: Permanent/Fulltime – Night Shift (11pm – 7am)
Benefits: Extended health care, Life insurance, RRSP match

What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and malfunctions on various production lines, including mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, replacing faulty or worn mechanical components, conducting other routine maintenance tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
Complete regular preventive maintenance checklists on machinery, which includes tasks such as inspecting and servicing pumps, chains, belts, pulleys, control panels, valves, air solenoids, actuators, and checking oil levels.
Request spare parts when needed and maintain detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Must be a Licensed Millwright 433A, certified to work in Ontario.
Must have experience in a manufacturing environment in food and packaging.
Strong knowledge of electronic controls, high-speed packaging equipment, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Superior knowledge of packaging line setup, palletizers, tube lines, and mixers.
Boiler experience is an asset.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
Self-directed, motivated team player, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Ability to read blueprints and operational manuals.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance shop equipment.
