We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly respected civil contractor with a strong track record delivering complex infrastructure projects across British Columbia.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on underground utility and road construction.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to manage project milestones and resolve challenges proactively.
Oversee project documentation, cost control, scheduling, and change management.
Foster strong working relationships with clients and partners while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
Mentor and support junior team members to promote professional growth and team development.

What We’re Looking for:

5+ years’ minimum experience managing various infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, cost control, scheduling and safety regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment, where collaboration is the key to success.
