We're seeking a Night Shift Sanitation Worker to join our client's team in Lyn. As a Sanitation Worker, you'll play a crucial role in organizational success by maintaining the cleanliness and safety of their manufacturing facility.

What We Offer:

Salary: $22.52/hour + $1.00 shift premium for weekends and night shifts
Working hours: Full-time Monday to Friday start and end times vary depending on planning
Overtime available

What You'll Do:

Dismantle, sanitize, and setup equipment.
Maintain a keen eye for cleanliness and safe use of chemicals.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols (PPE, WHMIS, lockout/tag out, chemical mixing).
Adhere to food processing regulations.
Apply knowledge of sanitation procedures (equipment cleanup/setup, building services).

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in food manufacturing is an asset.
High School Certificate or equivalent preferred; one year of experience in the food industry/manufacturing is an asset.
Ability to safely lift 30-50 lbs. repeatedly while bending and twisting.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work within a team and independently.
Excellent work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.
Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends.
