Our client is a firm in the field of damage insurance brokerage, both for individuals and businesses. In full expansion, it needs insurance professionals like you to join a stimulating team in one of their offices located in Brossard, Chateauguay or Lévis.
What we offer
Permanent employment
A competitive base salary ranging from $50 to $75,000/year, to be discussed according to experience
5% commissions on the retention of your module
$25 commissions on new sales
Commissions paid monthly

Daytime schedule only. No evenings or weekends!!!
Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Typical schedule Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm
Parking on site or accessible by public transport

Between 2 to 6 weeks of vacation per year, to be discussed according to your experience

What you bring
• Act as an advisor to customers and optimize retention;
• Place new business in accordance with the department's objectives;
• Enter data, prepare documents such as proposals to insurers and
update questionnaires;
• Act as the client's agent with the company's various departments;
• Identify and refer business opportunities for personal insurance;
• Collect accounts receivable;
• Receive new claims and forward them to insurers;
• Participate in sales meetings;
• Work closely with the entire team;
• Perform any other task within their competence or at the request of the superior;
- You are responsible for a module of +/- 1 million
Who are you?
You have an AMF certificate for individuals (mandatory)
You have at least 1 year of experience as a personal property and casualty insurance broker
Energetic and compassionate, you have a sense of communication and know how to put people at ease
You have superior problem-solving skills and can identify the right solution for the right situation
You have a reliable Internet connection at home to ensure that your voice is heard
Bilingualism (French/English) an asset
You are computer literate enough to navigate multiple software programs, all on 2 screens
You learn quickly and are well organized
