Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and driven Lead, Corporate Philanthropy to join a leading health nonprofit. As the functional head of the National Corporate Philanthropy team, this strategic fundraising leader will manage and grow relationships with Corporate Accounts while overseeing their annual workplace fundraising campaigns. Operating within a distinctive fundraising model that integrates B2B (corporate partnerships) and B2C (employee-driven workplace campaigns), this role is pivotal in driving both account and campaign management, as well as donor stewardship. The ultimate goal? Achieving substantial year-over-year growth in funds raised to support member charities and their impactful missions.

What We Offer:
  • Annual Salary: $86,000 - 98,000

What You'll Do:
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of fundraising professionals to achieve organizational goals.
  • Workplace Fundraising: Design and implement innovative strategies to engage workplaces and drive impactful campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporate accounts and donors.
  • Donor Stewardship: Develop and execute stewardship strategies to enhance donor engagement.
  • Data-Driven Improvement: Leverage data and insights to optimize performance and fundraising outcomes.
  • Public Representation: Speak at events, delivering compelling presentations and representing the organization with key stakeholders.
  • Content Development: Create persuasive messaging and materials for diverse audiences to amplify the mission.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bilingual Proficiency Required: Fluently bilingual in French and English.
  • Fundraising Expertise: 5+ years of experience managing campaigns and corporate accounts, with a proven track record of achieving financial targets.
  • People Management: 2+ years of managing small teams with fundraising objectives.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong ability to think critically and implement actionable plans.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Motivates and inspires teams while fostering a cooperative environment.
  • Exceptional Organization: Skilled in managing multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Suite and adept at crafting presentations.
