We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Partnerships to join a leading health nonprofit. This role is perfect for a purpose-driven, motivated, and strategic individual who excels at building partnerships to drive business growth. As the key connector between registered charities and workplace campaigns, you’ll play a vital role in expanding impact and increasing funds raised for member charities across Canada.
What We Offer:
- Annual Salary: $65,000-82,000

What You’ll Do:
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential charity partners across Canada, aligning with organizational mission and goals.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage relationships with a portfolio of charity partners, ensuring strong collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Revenue Generation: Drive new workplace campaigns and peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives, meeting target goals to increase funds raised.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work with internal teams to coordinate seamless execution of partnerships and campaigns.
- Reporting & Insights: Track partnership performance, provide data-driven insights, and share regular updates with leadership and stakeholders.
- Marketing & Communications Support: Collaborate on creating proposals, pitch materials, and resources to promote partnerships.
- Continuous Improvement: Assess program performance, gather partner feedback, and implement strategies for optimization.
- Network Expansion: Leverage connections in the nonprofit sector to expand partnerships and increase program reach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in new partnership acquisition, business development, and fundraising, with a successful track record of achieving financial targets.
- Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse sectors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and CRM tools.
- Experience with workplace campaigns, CSR initiatives, or employee giving programs is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field.
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
- Passion for health-related causes and alignment with organizational mission and values.
