We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our afternoon shift for our facility. The successful candidate must have a strong attention for details and have a proactive work ethic.

The ideal candidate will manage a team of production workers ensuring that processes run smoothly, efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities include coordinating work, monitoring production targets, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining quality standards.

What we offer:

Salary: $80K
Shift: Afternoon shift
Benefits: Lucrative Benefit and Pension Plan
Vacation Entitlement: 3 weeks to start
Report to: Department Manager

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a Manufacturing setting preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Previous supervisory experience or leadership experience in a unionized environment preferred.
Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation/regulations in Ontario.
Must be able to work rotating shifts, as required from time to time.
