We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in St-Eustache 

What We Offer: 

• Monday to Friday – hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• A competitive salary of $20
• The security of a permanent, full-time position
• Located in St-Eustache
• Free parking

What You'll Do:

• Check that the vehicles are ready to be picked up
• Make sure that all transfer documents are filled out
• Validate fees if any
• Reach out to garages and insurance companies for confirmation
• Ensure that the vehicles are prepared for pick up
• Verify that all transfer documents are completed
• Record data into the system
• Perform other administrative tasks

What We're Looking For: 

• You have an eye for detail because you know that the little things matter
• You have at least 6 months of experience in administration
• You have at least 6 months experience in a Call Centre environment
• You are fluent in English and French and have excellent oral and written communication skills
• You are a serious and dependable person
• You have basic computer skills (outlook experience is a plus)
