We're seeking a Construction Manager to join our client's team in Woodstock. This is a Direct Hire position. This position is in Woodstock office 5 days a week. Must be able to be in office in Woodstock. Please provide a list of projects for the last 5 years as well as resume.

What You'll Do:

Develop diverse, high-performing teams through coaching, training and development.
Be accountable for the successful delivery of multiple projects.
Provide oversight, leadership and be accountable for the development and maintenance of project schedules and execution plans.
Oversee the preconstruction phase, team selection, and ensure the teams execute the stages on a portfolio of projects.
Develop strategies and action plans to overcome project execution challenges.
Support business development activities by creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, etc.

What We're Looking For:

Knowledge of construction techniques and disciplines, production and cost control, scheduling, safety policies and regulations and engineering requirements.
Knowledge of the Ontario Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
Knowledge of Federal and Provincial Acts & Regulations.
Knowledge of contracts, procedures, and impacts of changes on cost and schedules
Demonstrated experience in the construction industry.
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Construction or Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction with at least 5 years of managing large and complex projects.
Proven leadership skills.
Computer literate.
Adaptable and flexible.
Ability to manage large groups, attract and hire workers.
Sound understanding of Risk Management.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability.
Must be able to work under pressure.
