We are seeking an experienced electronic soldering and assembly person to join a small, dynamic team in Cornwall, Ontario

What We Offer:

Location: Cornwall, Ontario
Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience
Job Type/Shift: Monday to Friday – 8.00am – 4.30pm

What You'll Do:

Hand soldering duties for PCB boards and components
Electronic and mechanical assembly of assemblies and sub-assemblies according to drawings.
Work on ‘first piece’ assemblies originating from new designs.
Assist with inspection when required
Accuracy of assembly measured by rejection reports, working in accordance with Workmanship Standard Operating Procedures.
Ability to learn and multi-task across other areas of the organization, as well as flexibility to work in other parts of the organization.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have manual dexterity, and be able to read and understand written instructions, as well as technical drawings and parts lists.
Soldering skills are required.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Communication – Provides and receives information clearly and effectively.
Ensures accuracy and quality – ensures that work is done correctly, completely, consistently and to required standards.
Accountable for actions.
