We’re Hiring: Associate Director, Inside Sales – Lead, Influence, Succeed! Ready to step into a leadership role as an Associate Director, Inside Sales? We’re looking for an ambitious sales professional eager to make a significant impact and drive strategic growth.

We’re working directly with the top performing sales team at a national private real estate firm. This role supports a VP with an active book and real commission momentum. Compensation is outcome based with a realistic OTE of $200K+, plus cross Canada exposure.

What We Offer:

Location: Canada wide (Remote with 30-40% Travel)
Role: Permanent, Full-time

What You'll Do:

Lead the sales strategy for exempt market securities, developing and executing powerful business development plans.
Engage and cultivate strong relationships with financial professionals and prospective clients.
Deliver compelling presentations, transforming prospects into loyal clients.
Collaborate across teams to ensure exceptional client onboarding and ongoing service excellence.

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of successful sales and business development experience, ideally in financial services.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; relevant industry certifications such as CFA, CAIA, CSC, CIM, or CFP.
Consistently achieve ambitious targets while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Thrive in dynamic environments, using your outstanding communication skills to foster collaboration.
