We're seeking a dedicated and driven Sales Representative to join our client, a leading provider of Plumbing, Heating, and Humidification solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling plumbing, heating, and humidification products. This position may require you to travel throughout NB, NS and PEI.
What We Offer:
- Salary dependent upon experience
- Year end bonus
- Predominantly 8 to 5, Monday to Friday. However, there will be some nights and weekends required due to customer events and trade shows
- Immediate start
What You'll Do:
- Speaking with clients and ensuring you ask the right questions to find their requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders.
- Working together with manufacturers to drive product sales and market growth.
- Being proactive in identifying and resolving customer challenges and providing problem-solving solutions.
- Presenting engaging product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers and promote product benefits.
- Handling regular sales calls and visits to maintain customer engagement and drive sales prospects.
- Negotiating orders and contracts to secure beneficial terms while maximizing sales revenue and profitability.
- Setting and attaining ambitious sales targets, tracking performance metrics, and reporting on progress to management.
- You may be required to perform Equipment Start-Ups and Commissioning on the job site.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of success in sales is required (preferably in the Plumbing, Heating, or HVAC industry).
- Strong technical ability and understanding of plumbing, heating, and humidification systems is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as required.
