We're seeking a Plant Manager to join our client's team in Trenton, ON. As a Plant Manager, you'll take on the challenge of bringing operations of their window and door solutions in the transportation industry to their full potential.

Salary: $120k-$135k/year

What You’ll Do:

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for operations at our Southeastern Ontario.
Champion a culture of health and safety by promoting preventive practices and ensuring a safe working environment across all facilities.
Evaluate operational performance, including production flow, resource utilization (materials, labor, and equipment), and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and productivity.
Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving efforts to ensure the successful delivery of complex, high-quality products on time and in full.
Oversee the development and execution of equipment maintenance and reliability programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
Establish and manage operating budgets, ensuring financial objectives are achieved at both sites.
Maintain and enhance the quality management system to ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Communicate strategic goals and priorities effectively while fostering a collaborative team environment and encouraging employee development.
Support organizational commitments to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
Drive and oversee the implementation of development and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the manufacturing group’s growth strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

A post-secondary degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
Proven experience in a leadership role within manufacturing operations.
Demonstrated results orientation with a strong focus on operational excellence and discipline.
A track record of success in driving continuous improvement, managing performance, and fostering a strong health and safety culture.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire, engage, and develop high-performing teams.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to the United States.
