We're seeking an Order Picker to join our client's team in Ottawa.

What We Offer: 

• Salary: $20/hr

• Job Type/Shift: Evenings

• Benefits: After 300 hours 
  

What You'll Do: 
  • You are provided with an order form
  • You will then be picking the produce on you form and packing it on skids
  • Once the order is completed, you will wrap the skids to prepare for shipping to stores
  • It is important to properly stack your produce on the skids and to wrap properly to ensure they stay intact during transportation
  • You will be trained on an Electric Pallet Jack which will be used to transport your skids around the warehouse 

What We're Looking For: 

• 1 years of experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred. 

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment like ride on electric pallet jack safely and efficiently. 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking orders. 

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items and stand for extended periods. 

• Able work Sundays

• Need to have reliable vehicle- no bus access at night
